Then, head on over to The New Orleans School of Cooking. Watch, learn & eat! Sit back and enjoy watching skilled, entertaining chefs prepare a classic Cajun / Creole meal for you while learning about the vibrant history of New Orleans cuisine! Learn how to cook Gumbo, Jambalaya, Pralines, and Bread Pudding!

This was the second time we took this carriage ride which also includes a tour of the Catholic Cemetery just outside the Quarter. This tour was dramatically more informative and interesting because Mark was hilarious, and this time we were more sober. We recommend you hunt down Mark and have him be your driver. He has lots of stories, and even has a bibliography that covers the books that he used for references, Thanks again Mark for a great tour!
